Two former US government officials who resigned in protest over Washington’s support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza have established a new political action committee (PAC) and lobbying group aimed at reshaping US policy on Israel and Palestine. Josh Paul, a former State Department official, and Tariq Habash, previously a policy advisor at the Department of Education, launched “A New Policy” to advocate for candidates who prioritize human rights and equality in the US approach to the Middle East.
